Social commitment is one of the fundamentals of CALAF Grup’s identity, and involves both our internal culture and our relationship with the environment. This responsibility is deployed through ESG criteria (Environment, Social Responsibility and Good Governance), fully integrated into our management system. With the implementation of benchmarks such as ISO 26000 and the new ISO-IWA 48:2025, we clearly define the social objectives we want to achieve and consolidate a way of doing things that reinforces the entire value chain with an ethical and sustainable perspective.

This commitment begins with the people who make up the Group. We consider our team to be our main asset, which is why we promote initiatives aimed at well-being, innovation and personal growth.

However, our responsibility also extends to the territory. We actively work with local entities to promote inclusion, education, culture and sport as drivers of social progress.
