We are a key component for group companies such as PICVISA, DAGA, REGULATOR CETRISA, and AMPLIA, and we also participate in industrialization projects for CALAF Constructora and SEROM, as well as international collaborations.

We centralize the production capacity and technical expertise necessary to bring the industrial division’s projects to life, ensuring efficiency, control, and quality in all phases of the process.
This capacity allows us to manufacture complex equipment for companies such as PICVISA (intelligent sorting technology with AI), DAGA (equipment for water treatment and textile pressing), REGULATOR CETRISA, and AMPLIA (mobile units and special solutions), as well as to develop industrialization solutions for CALAF Constructora and SEROM.

Technical Office (TO) to adapt, optimize, and industrialize products
At CALAF Industrial, we act as an integrated technical office capable of supporting projects from the initial idea to their industrialization. We analyze every need with technical and productive criteria to adapt, optimize, and develop viable, efficient solutions ready to be manufactured with guarantees.
We work side by side with our clients to simplify processes, improve components, reduce costs, and ensure that every piece of equipment or system meets the defined functional, technical, and production requirements. Our experience allows us to intervene both in new developments and in the evolution and improvement of existing machinery.
Machining,
cutting, and welding processes
We have our own capacity to execute machining, cutting, and welding processes oriented toward demanding industrial projects and custom manufacturing. We work with different materials and types of parts, guaranteeing precision, finish quality, and compliance with the technical requirements of each project.
The combination of industrial equipment, technical experience, and production control allows us to adapt to both one-off fabrications and short or recurring series. This flexibility helps us respond to complex projects with tight deadlines and high quality standards.

Launch
Commissioning. We accompany the client during the commissioning of equipment and systems, verifying correct operation and providing support during the initial phases of operation. Our goal is to ensure a safe, efficient implementation with all guarantees.
Documentation
Technical documentation. We prepare all the necessary technical documentation so that the project is complete and ready for operation. Drawings, manuals, component lists, maintenance documentation, and technical files are all part of our delivery process.
