Our general director, Míriam Pujol, has been recognized with the Businesswoman Award from CaixaBank in the territorial direction of Catalonia. This award highlights her career and leadership at the head of CALAF Grup, but for us, it is much more than an individual recognition: it is a reflection of a way of working that we all who are and have been part of it share.

The jury highlighted her ability to consolidate a transversal and professionalized management model, with a clear focus on sustainability, innovation, and people. Her career—from management to the presidency of the Board of Directors—has been accompanied by an evolution of the company that cannot be explained without the joint effort of the teams. The implementation of management systems, digitalization, the creation of new strategic departments, and the growth of the group have been possible thanks to the involvement and commitment of each and every person who contributes daily.

This recognition tells us that we are doing a good job. But it also reminds us that we still have a long way to go. At CALAF Grup, we want to continue growing with rigor, transparency, and responsibility, generating a positive impact on the region and sharing values that go beyond the business sphere.
