In 2014 the company initiated a process of internal restructuring with the purpose to give independence to the various business areas that developed from the original construction company Constructora Calaf, transforming these activities into new independent businesses, and tending towards specialization. These new organizational approaches have led to a number of advantages, such as sectoral unbundling, improved agility of each of the areas, the establishment of policies appropriate to each business model, empowering brands, as well as greater flexibility and greater shareholder transparency to the outside.
Calaf Group was therefore established as the matrix that supports all the enterprises of the company and provides corporate or transversal services that help standardize management. These common services are general management and legal services, bid teams, ICT, finance and administration, planning and control, human resources, Quality, Safety, Environment and Management Unit of R + D + i.
