At the beginning of April, the People Department visited the students of the Building and Civil Engineering Training Cycles at Institut Provençana to attract new young talent.
The talk on "21st century professional profiles in construction world" was given by Quim Sellès, director of the People Department.
The visit was part of the School Project, an initiative promoted by Calaf Grup to give students the opportunity and job training. Its purpose is to offer continuity to students, once they have completed their internships, giving them the opportunity to continue in the business world as part of our Group with an employment contract.
