Last Friday, April 5, Calaf Grup organized an informative session for all its employees. The event took place at Casal de Calaf, next to the central offices of the Group. The main objective of the event was to present a series of organizational changes, share the results of 2018 and explain the forecasts for 2019.
In addition, new initiatives were also presented, for example, new efforts to improve communication and facilitate convergence between the different companies that make up the Group.
The event began with a speech by Joan Pujol, the new general director. Next, the managers of the different areas of the Group spoke. Those responsible for Human Resources and Prevention and Security also had a presentation prepared for all. Finally, Míriam Pujol, the Managing Director closed the event with a thank-you and encouragement speech for everyone in 2019.
